David M. Antoniono
President, Infinity Texas Investments, LLC
David has over 31 years of real estate development experience where he quickly made his mark by acquiring and redeveloping underutilized retail properties across Texas, transforming into modern, right-sized retail spaces tailored to today’s tenant demands. His strategic vision and hands-on approach brought new life to once-forgotten properties and revitalized entire communities to deliver lasting value to investors and residents alike.
David’s real estate impact spans various markets, including hospitality, medical and premiere high-rise living. He played a leading role in developing the Kingwood Professional Healthcare Center, a 90,000-square-foot state-of-the-art medical complex that includes the Memorial Hermann Specialty Surgical Hospital, a skilled nursing facility, a breast imaging center, pharmacy, and numerous specialized medical practices. He also led the development of the Kingwood Executive Suites and Kingwood Medical Plaza, both of which continue to serve as vital business and healthcare hubs, as well as a LaQuinta Inn in Tomball and the upscale Oaks on Caroline high-rise complex.
Kenny Antoniono

After earning his Master’s degree in 2017, Kenny Antoniono joined the Infinity Texas team in early 2018, bringing both fresh perspective and deep-rooted experience in commercial real estate. Raised around development projects, Kenny has a lifelong passion for turning concepts into concrete results.
At Infinity Texas, Kenny plays a critical leadership role overseeing day-to-day operations and managing key relationships with banks, municipalities, vendors, and tenants. His responsibilities span permitting and civil coordination to leasing strategy and client service—ensuring every project moves efficiently from paper to groundbreaking and beyond.
Kenny’s hands-on approach, combined with his strong operational insight, continues to help elevate the firm's developments from vision to vibrant, lasting spaces.
Sara Menzie
Marketing Director
Sara Menzie joined the Infinity Texas team in April 2025. She holds a degree in Marketing and International Business from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University. Sara brings a diverse background with experience in both corporate and small business environments. At Infinity Texas, she oversees eCommerce and marketing strategy for the commercial property portfolio.
Lila Fass, MBA
Investor Relations Executive
Lila brings over 19 years of leadership experience in healthcare management, strategy, and operations. She has held senior roles with nationally recognized systems, including Senior Vice President of Business Development and Hospital Operations at The Woodlands Specialty Hospital, Regional Vice President of Business Development for Dignity Health Global Education, and leadership positions with CommonSpirit Health, Steward Health Care, and multi-site medical practices.
Her expertise spans hospital operations, business development, mergers and acquisitions, and practice management. Lila holds a Master’s in Business Management from Our Lady of the Lake University and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from the University of Houston. She also completed executive training at Duke University and the Thunderbird School of Global Management.
Fluent in Spanish and Italian, she is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives and serves on the Board of the National Association of Latino Healthcare Executives (NALHE).
