He played a leading role in developing the Kingwood Professional Healthcare Center, a 90,000-square-foot state-of-the-art medical complex that includes the Memorial Hermann Specialty Surgical Hospital, a skilled nursing facility, a breast imaging center, pharmacy, and numerous specialized medical practices. He also led the development of the Kingwood Executive Suites and Kingwood Medical Plaza, both of which continue to serve as vital business and healthcare hubs, as well as a LaQuinta Inn in Tomball and the upscale Oaks on Caroline high-rise complex.
